The Board of Trustees conducts Regular Meetings on the 1st Monday of each month.

The Zoning Commission conducts Regular Meetings on the 2nd Monday of the Month.

Agendas for Board of Trustees and Zoning Commission Regular Meetings will be posted by 3:00 p.m. on the Friday prior to the respective Monday night meetings.

Agendas for Board of Zoning Appeals Public Hearings will be posted at least three working days prior to the respective Public Hearings.

Minutes of Meetings are usually available for downloading usually a maximum of 6 weeks after the respective meeting was conducted. "Older" Agendas and Minutes not currently available for downloading are available upon request via email.
